To apply please ensure that nobody lotion or fake tan is present on the foot as this will create a barrier to making the heel pad stick.
- Place shoe pad in the back of the shoe as demonstrated on our videos
- Place the heel pad low on the heel of foot, if wearing tights or stockings just pull tights over the heel pad.
- Place fingers in shoes to pull the shoe wide so that the foot can be placed inside the shoe before the pads connect.
- Connect the heel pads
